3 bets we like for the upcoming season

We have been researching the best bets for the upcoming season and here are 3 we think provide a bit of value.

Aston Villa to be relegated - 7/4 (bet365)

Villa shipped a lot of goals last season, in fact only bottom of the table Norwich conceded more. They didnt score too many either, with Jack Grealish finishing top scorer with 8. With a current lack of investment in the squad and the rumours of Jack Grealish potentially on the radar of Manchester United, we feel that 7/4 for Villa to be relegated is a price that is too good to turn down.

Harry Kane to finish as the Golden Boot winner - 11/2 (bet365)

Kane missed a quarter of Tottenham’s Premier League games last season but still ended up scoring 18 goals last season to only finish 5 behind Jamie Vardy.

Towards the end of the restart Kane looked back to his clinical best and he looked hungry for goals. We feel 11/2 provides pretty good value as you know that fitness dependent, Kane will start every game and won’t be a victim of rotation that rivals such as Salah, Mane and Aguero might fall victims of. He’s won it twice already in his career and we think he has a good chance of winning a third this season.

Chelsea to win the league without Liverpool and Man City - 11/8 (bet365)

For betting newcomers this means exactly what it says on the tin. You are betting on Chelsea winning the league without Liverpool or Man City counting. Therefore if Chelsea were to finish 3rd behind both Liverpool or Man City your bet would win.

With Chelsea investing in quality to the tune of £200 million plus this window you have to feel that a title push is the main aim for Chelsea this season. Yes there will be a threat from Man Utd but we feel 11/8 offers terrific value and is a bit of a no brainer.
